After months of waiting for our little ones to arrive many of us feel overwhelmed, daunted, and full of anxieties that we never knew we had!

As a mum of three with seven young grandchildren, watching my children parenting their own children has really highlighted the importance of enjoying the parenting experience from day one. Those first few days, weeks and months can often be overshadowed by the dreaded fear of ‘Am I doing it right?’

Although there is a lot of information available to parents, in my experience I have found this can sometimes lead to increased anxieties, it is very important to remember that parenting is not an exact science, but something that we all approach differently. Therefore, I offer individualised support where I work alongside parents to share ideas and strategies and ultimately find the right solutions that work for them.  Sometimes, as parents we know what goals we want to achieve, whether it be cracking a new routine or help with fussy eating, but just need a little guidance with the “how”- together, we can achieve that.

I am particularly passionate about Infant nutrition, supporting parents antenatally and postnatally to make the breastfeeding experience successful and enjoyable for mother and baby and moving into the world of introducing family foods, managing the frustration of fussy eaters.
